Our approach for this project included implementing a credit system that allows users to buy points and redeem them for classes, strengthening the relationship between Alma and its clients and promoting loyalty. We also added proactive notifications that keep clients informed at all times about their bookings, schedules, and any relevant changes, significantly improving their experience.
This platform not only optimizes internal management but also helps elevate the quality of service offered by providing users with an intuitive and reliable interface. As a result, the team can focus on what they do best: delivering memorable fitness experiences, while the portal handles the rest.

Project description
For Alma Studio, an innovative fitness space, in partnership with Brandy, we developed an intuitive portal that allows their clients to easily book bikes for cycling classes. The system automatically manages availability and each user’s credits, simplifying Alma’s operations and enhancing their clients’ experience.
