Who is responsible for the final hire?
Cobra Studio handles the search and evaluation, while the final hiring decision is made by your team. This gives you full flexibility to define terms and manage onboarding.
What is the cost of the Headhunting service?
Our fee is equivalent to 100% of the candidate’s agreed-upon monthly base salary, billed in U.S. dollars (USD). This covers all search-related costs handled by the Cobra Studio team.
Is there a guarantee if the talent doesn’t meet expectations?
Yes, we offer an optional guarantee at 130% of the candidate's monthly salary. If the candidate fails to meet role expectations within the first 3 months, Cobra Studio will restart the search at no additional cost.
