Our costs are clear and predictable: the client pays the talent’s compensation plus a fixed monthly service fee for each professional assigned.
Is there a minimum contract duration?
Yes, our standard contract has a 12-month minimum. If the contract ends earlier, the client must continue paying the service fee until the 12 months are completed. For shorter engagements, we offer an adjusted rate.
What if I need to replace the talent?
If a replacement is needed, Cobra Studio will initiate a new talent search at no extra cost. The new hire will require a new 12-month contract to ensure service continuity and quality.
What hiring options are available?
Cobra Studio primarily works under contractor or professional service agreements. However, if legal employment is required in countries where we operate, we can provide that option with an additional fee to cover legal benefits and social contributions.
How does Cobra Studio ensure legal compliance?
We handle contracts directly with the talent and require each client to sign a service agreement with Cobra Studio, ensuring legal clarity and compliance throughout the hiring process.
