Challenge
01 Navigation Optimization
The existing site structure made it difficult for users to navigate efficiently. To address this, we developed an intuitive navigation system, organizing the content into clear and accessible categories that simplified user journeys.
02 Comprehensive CMS Documentation
Content management required a complex flow with multiple approval layers. We designed a user-friendly CMS and created detailed, easy-to-follow documentation to help the UH team use the tools effectively—enabling content updates without technical assistance.
03 Load Time Optimization
The site included several third-party integrations that negatively impacted performance. We implemented advanced optimization practices that led to a faster, smoother user experience.
Project description
We redesigned Universidad Hispanoamericana’s website into a modern, user-centered platform tailored for both students and administrators. The project included behavioral analysis to improve navigation, the development of a custom CMS for autonomous content management, and the integration of tools from Google, Facebook, and Microsoft to enhance traffic analysis and communication. The result: a more accessible, efficient, and competitive digital presence.
